The Challenge

JOY needed to consolidate fragmented back-end operations — supplier coordination, booking fulfilment, inventory — while scaling into new markets and building enterprise credibility for institutional B2B clients. Beyond its core travel operations, expanding into a true super-app ecosystem required launching the JOY Automart vertical. The primary hurdle was penetrating and organising the notoriously fragmented auto parts supply chains across Malaysia and broader Asian markets into a cohesive B2B platform.

The Challenge

Sunrise engineered a highly disruptive, space-efficient product — intelligent elevators requiring only a 1-sqm footprint with no pit or machine room. Despite this clear hardware advantage, their growth was severely bottlenecked by a localised presence in Vijayawada. HAC possessed a highly diverse and lucrative travel portfolio, but their top-of-funnel marketing was struggling to convert passive wanderlust into actual commercial bookings. The core bottleneck was extreme audience fragmentation across their product tiers. Selling a weekend camping trip requires a fundamentally different psychological hook and conversion friction than closing high-ticket, 13-day Ladakh expeditions or premium international group travel to Vietnam and Bali.
